Pumpkin Carving

We were getting ready to cut our jack-o-lanterns when Ainsley informed me that she didn't want a pumpkin with a face. She said she wanted to eat her pumpkin - specifically in the form of muffins. After some discussion we decided to go ahead with her plan. So we have no carved pumpkin to show off but we did have some pumpkin muffins and cookies:)
