Ainsley's School Report - March

When we returned from Spring Break Ainsley had to give her first big report in front of her class. She chose to research the desert tortoise. he did a great job on her report and presentation.



















































She picked her topic with the idea that she could bring our pet tortoise in to show the class. Sadly we lost her a few days before her presentation. She had been hibernating all winter in a box in our laundry room:) It finally warmed up enough to let her back outside. After the first couple days she escaped through a little hole in the fence we didn't notice. We searched everywhere but never found her. I guess now she is a true desert tortoise! Goodbye to Hidey.
