A Late Father's Day Tribute
Here's our favorite guy! He's the best Dad and husband around. He's pretty handsome too:)

He can fix ANYTHING, and he won't give up on a challenging project. He has an amazing ability to "learn as he goes".

He is probably the hardest worker you'll ever meet. He learned this from his dad. He never complains he just "puts his shoulder to the wheel" until the job is done.

(Work or play you can always find him wearing a Mastercraft or Merillat Cabinet shirt. He gets that from his dad too! We all love to hate those shirts!)

Whether it's snowboarding, wakeboarding, go-kart racing, or dirt bike riding he's always up for fun. Even though he tends to have "semi-dangerous" hobbies he's always careful so I know I don't have to worry about him:)

The kids, especially Channing, think it's pretty cool to have a motorcycle riding dad.

You may not know it but he loves animals and I am pretty sure he is just waiting to have the space for his very own farm! If he had it his way he'd probably ride the range with his cattle all day long and then come home to the log cabin he built with his own two hands.

He's a natural dad and has been since day one. He is always willing to change a diaper, bathe a kid, cook, clean, or do anything around the house that he sees needs some attention. In fact if I'm really honest, once the babies are born he really doesn't even need me:)

He's great at whatever he does and we love him so much!

Of course I can't do a Father's Day tribute without mentioning my own dad. There is no one quite like my dad. I am so grateful that he has lived such an honorable life. He has so many qualities that I wish I could have. Little by little as I grow up I'm trying hard to follow his example. Now that I have my own kids I realize even more how great he is at being a dad. He's also the only person I know who is always, ALWAYS, and I mean always up for holding a crying grand baby, for as long as you need him too:)

I also want to thank Nick's dad. There are a lot of characteristics that I love about Nick that I know he learned from his dad. Nick and I know that he would drop anything at any time to help us or any of his kids, and that dedication means a lot.
